Q. Can I order food without a subscription?

A. Absolutely! While we recommend a subscription for the weekly meal delivery, a subscription is not required. Any subscriptions can be cancelled at any point as well.

Q. How can I make changes to my subscription service?

A. When you signed up for the subscription, you were given access to a member area on the website. You can make changes to your subscription there. Reach out to us if you have any issues.

Q. How do I select the meals I will receive?

A. After you select your package, you will be led to where you can choose your meals for that package. The meals change every week/month depending on your package so make sure you come back to see what's on the menu!

Q. Where does New Life Meals source the food?

A. We source most of our food locally - We have partnered with Hobbled Farms in West Jordan for our grass fed meats, DP Wildflower Honey in Payson for our honey, and Just Ingredients for our protein powders, and others. What we have not sourced locally, we purchase at local retailers.

Q. How do you handle allergies?

A. We strive to offer meal options that cater to different allergy concerns. However, we do share our kitchen in Springville with other companies. Those with severe allergies should exercise caution. Please reach out with any further concerns.

Q. Are these complete meals?

A. We believe you should have everything you need to ensure an easy recovery and you shouldn't have to do much at all in the kitchen. However, some families may want to add sides to their meals to help food last longer which is absolutely acceptable! Some meals you may want to add pasta or rice but every meal will mention recommendations both on the package and on the website so you won't be surprised when your meals arrive.

Q. Can I still order from you if my baby can’t have dairy?

A. YES! We offer several allergy free meals including dairy free. We do share a kitchen and cannot certify against cross contamination but our meals are marked for allergy concerns.

Q. How much food do I get in my meals?

A. Most meals and packages are prepared for 4-6 servings. We recommend this serving size for most families. Small families can use this size so meals will last across 2-3 days or can be frozen for later. Larger families can use these meals to feed everyone.

We also offer a "Mini Meals" option with 2-3 servings. This is a great option for trying new meals, meals just for the recovering mom, or for small families.

Q. When will I receive my meals?

A. Meals ordered prior to Sunday night will be made Monday afternoon and delivered by Tuesday. This means that meals ordered Monday will not be delivered until Tuesday of the next week.
